Botox for Migraine

Struggling with Migraines? Find Relief Today!

Botox (botulinum toxin type A) injections have been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of chronic migraines. Botox injections work by temporarily paralyzing the muscles that cause migraines, thereby reducing the frequency and severity of headaches.   The procedure is usually administered by a healthcare professional, who will inject small amounts of Botox into specific muscles in the head, neck and shoulders. The injections are usually done every 12 weeks and the effects of the injection usually last for about 3 months.

Our Treatment

The procedure involves a series of small injections into specific areas of the head and neck. These injections work by blocking the release of certain chemicals involved in pain transmission and by relaxing muscles, thereby reducing the frequency and severity of migraine attacks. Learn More

Viscosupplementation - Hyaluronan Joint Injections

Discover Effective Relief Solutions from Joint Pain!

Viscosupplementation is a procedure where a fluid called hyaluronate or hyaluronic acid is injected into a joint.  When hyaluronic acid is injected into a joint, it provides lubrication that can provide some pain relief. Hyaluronic acid can also promote the growth and development of the joint’s cartilage and bone.

Do not use viscosupplementation products if you have had an allergy to hyaluronan preparations. Do not use viscosupplementation products if you have a joint infection or an infection of the skin near the injection site. Learn More

Our Treatment

The onset of relief is slower (several weeks) than with steroid injections, but the effect may last longer. This may vary from person to person. Viscosupplementation is not used in the management of inflammatory arthritis. Learn More

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Injection

Revitalize with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Injections: Natural Healing for Pain and Injury!

By injecting into the affected area, PRP provides the growth factors derived from your own body to an area of the most need. PRP injected into the affected joint, ligament or tendon or skin initiates a regenerative process to naturally repair them. The goal of the PRP treatment is to help regrow blood vessels in the diseased area which repairs and strengthens the damaged joints or tissue. This repair translates into pain relief and improvement of the function of the tissue involved. Learn More

Our Treatment

Most joints, tendons and ligaments associated pain can be treated with PRP. Examples include arthritis of small and large joints, rotator cuff partial tears or degeneration, tennis or golfer's elbow, deep clear veins tendinosis, other tendinopathy's, bursitis, ligament sprains and tears, plantar fasciitis and many more. RFA for Knee Pain

Genicular Nerves RFA: Innovative Relief for Knee Pain

Genicular nerves radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is a procedure that uses heat generated by radiofrequency energy to destroy or interrupt the genicular nerves, which are nerves located in the knee. The goal of the procedure is to provide pain relief for patients with chronic knee pain, particularly for those who have not responded to other treatments. The procedure is usually done for patients with knee osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or post-traumatic arthritis.  During the procedure, a small needle is inserted into the skin near the genicular nerves.

Our Treatment

Genicular nerve RFA is considered to be a safe and effective treatment option for chronic knee pain, and it can provide significant pain relief and improved function for many patients. However, as with any medical procedure, there are risks associated with genicular nerve RFA and it may not be effective for everyone.

Neurolysis for Hip Pain

Effective Relief for Hip Pain: Exploring Neurolysis Treatment

Hip joint neurolysis can be used to treat this type of severe movement-related pain when oral and injectable analgesics alone are ineffective. What are the benefits? Patients will usually benefit from around 50% or above of pain reduction after hip joint neurolysis. It also depends on the type of fracture.  Hip joint neurolysis is a palliative interventional pain procedure that essentially removes the function of anterior articular sensory nerve branches largely responsible for the pain sensation of hip joint.  It does not fix the hip fracture. This procedure can interrupt the transmission of pain signals and achieve pain reduction clinically.

Our Treatment

This targeted approach provides significant, long-lasting relief for patients suffering from debilitating hip discomfort.  Ideal for patients who have not found relief through conventional treatments, neurolysis offers a promising solution for enhancing mobility and improving quality of life. Disc PRP Injection

A Revolutionary Treatment for Low Back Pain!

Intradiscal PRP Injection is an advanced medical procedure aimed at relieving low back pain by utilizing the healing properties of platelet-rich plasma. PRP is derived from the patient's own blood and contains a concentrated amount of platelets, growth factors, and other bioactive proteins essential for tissue repair and regeneration.  During the procedure, PRP is carefully injected directly into the affected intervertebral disc under fluoroscopic guidance. The high concentration of growth factors in PRP stimulates cellular repair and regeneration within the disc, promoting tissue healing and reducing inflammation.

Our Treatment

Intradiscal PRP Injection offers a promising solution for individuals suffering from chronic low back pain. By harnessing the body's natural healing mechanisms, PRP has the potential to provide significant pain relief and improve overall quality of life for patients. Learn More

Disc Biacuplasty

Relieve Chronic Back Pain with Disc Biacuplasty!

Disc Biacuplasty is a minimally invasive procedure that relieves low-back pain caused by damaged spinal discs. The intervertebral discs are the cushions of cartilage that separate the bones of the spine, and they can be a source of chronic pain if they become damaged or degenerated.  During the procedure, a small needle is inserted through the skin and into the intervertebral disc. A special probe is then passed through the needle, which delivers radiofrequency energy to the disc. The heat generated by the radiofrequency energy causes damage to the nerve tissue and the disc, which can provide relief from chronic pain.

Our Treatment

Disc Biacuplasty is considered to be a relatively new and experimental treatment option for chronic pain in the intervertebral discs. It is not widely available yet. Disc biacuplasty is done under fluoroscopic guidance (a type of X-ray) or CT guidance. Learn More
